Certainly. Sample charges may apply but are typically returned after a formal order is signed. Some stock samples may be provided free of charge.
Q3 What is the lead time for samples and production?
Stock samples take 1 day; custom samples take 3-5 workdays. Mass production lead time depends on order quantity, generally ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Q4 What are the payment and trade terms?
We accept TT, PayPal, and L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. Photos of products and packaging will be provided before final payment.
Q5 What are the delivery methods?
We use FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS for samples. Batch goods can be shipped via air, sea, or train. We also work with customer-specified freight forwarders.
