A: Delivery takes 3-5 working days for items in stock and 15-21 days for items that are out of stock.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Samples are available; however, customers are required to pay for the sample cost and the freight charges.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For orders less than $3000, 100% payment is required before shipment. For orders over $3000, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment, or as negotiated.
